Carolina Days Celebration: Carolina Kids

A fox hunt is coming to the city of Georgetown on Tuesday, June 20, on the lawn of the Kaminski House Museum as part of the Carolina Kids Day event. To commemorate the anniversary of the American Revolution, the DAR, Colonial Dames, and Georgetown 250 organizations will unveil a permanent Foxes on Front Scavenger Hunt, named after General Francis Marion, who was known as the Swamp Fox. The Carolina Kids Day starts at 10:00 a.m. Activities for children of all ages will include the unveiling of Foxes on Front scavenger hunt, historical tours, learning to write with quill pens, indigo blue painting, detective games, book signing, and much more. The Foxes on Front Scavenger Hunt ribbon cutting will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the lawn of the Kaminski House.
