Join us at Eliza’s at The George Hotel for an evening of community, cocktails and conversation. We’re excited to welcome Stephanie Burt, author of “South Carolina Cocktails,” for an exclusive book signing, alongside live music from Doc Simons & Papa Jim. A portion of proceeds from the evening, including dinner at The Independent, will benefit the Kaminski House, one of Georgetown’s most treasured historic landmarks.
