The February Friends Lecture/”Tuesdays With…” is Tuesday, the 18th, at 10:00 am at the Georgetown Library Auditorium. It will feature a presentation by Kendy Altizer, Assistant Professor of Anthropology at North Georgia University. The title of her presentation will be “The Most Inhospitable of Environments: Enslaved Life in the Rice Fields of the Santee Delta,” based on her recent archaeological work on the delta.
