Independent Chef’s Dinner: An Evening of Rosé & Coastal Fare

Join us on Saturday, June 13 at 5 p.m. for an intimate evening in the Indigo Room as Executive Chef Dylan Shook of The Independent presents a thoughtfully crafted five-course dinner inspired by the ease of summer and the flavors of the coast.
The evening begins with a welcome reception, followed by a seated dinner where each course highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients of the Lowcountry, artfully paired with rosé wines from around the world. From a celebratory Champagne rosé to expressive selections from Etna and Provence, each pour is chosen to complement and elevate the menu.
Tickets are $150 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
