Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce’s Visitors Center

Located on the historic waterfront, the Visitors Center offers information on attractions, accommodations, events, dining and much more.

The center is located in a nearly 170-year-old historic home known for many years as the “Harper House.” The community saved the structure from demolition in 2002, moved it several city blocks to its current location and renovated it for use as the official Visitors Center. Today, the the center’s staff members welcome nearly 15,000 visitors annually!
