Sweeties Sweets
From a small shop on historic Front Street and in the shadow of the famous Clock Tower and Rice Museum, Sweeties has served up delicious candies – pralines, fudge, toffee, brittle, caramel – and ice cream since 2006. Best of all, owners Skip Yeager and Cindy Hedrick use the proceeds from the shop to fund SC Coastal Animal Rescue & Educational Sanctuary, which helps unwanted and/or abused exotic and domestic animals.
