Spend The Morning At Hobcaw Barony

Grab a quick breakfast on your way to a tour at the Hobcaw Barony! The Hobcaw Barony is a 16,000-acre natural preserve and wildlife refuge and was also the winter residence of Bernard M. Baruch, who was a presidential advisor and Wall St. millionaire. 

Embark on a historic 3-hour car-caravan based tour around Hobcaw Barony with stops at the grounds of Bellefield Plantation, Friendfield Village, and the Hobcaw House. Reservations are required with weather permitting. 

Sam’s Southern Eatery For Lunch

Enjoy homestyle southern cooking with a Louisiana flair at Sam’s Southern Eatery! Home of the jumbo shrimp, this local spot is a great place to take a break and fill up on delicious lunch! They’re open daily from 10:30 am until 9 pm and Sundays from 11 am until 7:30 pm! 

Relax At The Park

After lunch, why not choose one of our many parks to spend the afternoon. From the historic Francis Marion park with gorgeous views on Front Street to the South Island Park that has a playground and so much to offer, it might be hard to pick just one! 

Dinner At Tuscany Bistro

Finish the day with an authentic Italian meal at Tuscany Bistro. Indulge in all your favorites such as gnocchi in an alfredo cream sauce and spicy penne ala vodka to flounder, grouper or salmon dishes for seafood lovers! They’re open daily from 11 am until 10 pm and on Sundays from 10 am until 3 pm.
